Clear cognitive screening, without the mystique.
Cognita Labs runs Form 7C — a fifteen-item, timed cognitive screening test that estimates a full-scale IQ figure and places it on the standard normal curve (μ = 100, σ = 15). Items span five faculties: pattern recognition, logical reasoning, numeric reasoning, verbal analogy and spatial rotation. Each item is weighted by difficulty, tempo is factored in with a small adjustment, and the weighted total is mapped onto population norms to produce your score and percentile.
What the app does
You answer fifteen questions with thirty seconds each. Nothing is installed and no account is required. When you finish, the test is scored instantly.
For $1 you unlock your estimated IQ, your percentile, a faculty-by-faculty breakdown, an item-by-item review and a downloadable PDF. For $5 an in-depth report adds a written analysis of your strengths, your development areas and four career paths that suit the profile.
The methodology section on the home page spells out every step from raw answer to final number, so nothing about your result is a black box.
Who it is for
Anyone who wants a fast, honest snapshot of how they reason under time pressure — students, job seekers, puzzle lovers and the merely curious.
The in-depth report is written for readers thinking about study or career choices and wanting a structured view of where their thinking is strongest.
Cognita Labs is an independent small team of builders and psychometrics enthusiasts. We design the item bank, the weighting and the norm mapping ourselves, and we keep the product deliberately narrow: one test, done clearly.
This is an entertainment screening tool. A genuine clinical IQ figure can only come from a supervised instrument administered by a qualified psychologist, and we say so on every result.
